Terms of Service

AutoForm lets you connect forms on your website to Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and email so that form submissions are automatically recorded, scheduled, and confirmed. The Service includes a hosted dashboard for configuring forms and integrations, and an embeddable script that renders your form and captures submissions on your site.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aautoform.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with the plans described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of automation runs; usage beyond your plan's allowance may require an upgrade to a higher plan. Fees are billed in advance and, except as described in our Refund Policy, are non-refundable. We may change our pricing with notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

To use the Service's Sheets and Calendar features, you authorize AutoForm to access specific Google resources you select, via Google's OAuth authorization flow. You control which Sheet and Calendar are connected and may revoke access at any time. Full detail on how Google data is accessed, used, and stored is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect data unlawfully or without appropriate notice or consent from your site visitors;
• Send spam, phishing content, or malware through the Service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
• Resell or white-label the Service without our prior written consent; or
• Violate any applicable law, including data protection and privacy laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You retain all rights to the form configurations, submission data, and other content you submit through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content and your use of the Service complies with applicable law, including obtaining any consents required from your website visitors.

AutoForm, our logos, and the Service's software, design, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and payment processing via Whop. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EVERY AUTOMATION RUN WILL COMPLETE WITHOUT DELAY, INCLUDING DELAYS CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES SUCH AS GOOGLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 9, 10, and 12) will survive.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which AutoForm operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
