Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and billing information (processed by our payment provider, Whop — we do not store full card numbers).

Form configuration data. The fields, labels, notification settings, and booking rules you create for your forms.

Form submission data. Information your website visitors submit through forms you build with AutoForm — for example, name, email, phone number, message content, and any booking date/time selected.

Google account data. When you connect Google Sheets and/or Google Calendar, we access only the specific spreadsheet and calendar you select, as described in Section 2 below.

Usage data. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and automation run logs, collected to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

AutoForm integrates with Google Sheets and Google Calendar through Google's OAuth authorization flow. When you connect your Google account, we request the following scopes, and no others:

• Google Sheets — used to create and update rows in the specific spreadsheet you designate, so that each form submission is recorded as a new row.
• Google Calendar — used to create events on the specific calendar you designate, so that a booking made through your form appears at the correct date and time, with the visitor added as a guest where applicable.

We access only the Sheet and Calendar you explicitly select when configuring a form. We do not browse, index, or access any other files, spreadsheets, or calendars in your Google account, and we do not access your Gmail.

AutoForm's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We use Google user data only to provide or improve the specific automation features you enable (writing submissions to your Sheet and creating events on your Calendar).
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless: (a) we have your affirmative consent for specific messages, (b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
• We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Google user data (the Sheet and Calendar identifiers, and the OAuth tokens used to access them) is stored on encrypted infrastructure and retained for as long as your account remains active and the relevant integration stays connected. If you disconnect Google from your account, or delete your account, we delete the associated OAuth tokens and cease all access within 30 days. Form submission data that has already been written to your own Google Sheet or Calendar remains in your Google account under your control — deleting your AutoForm account does not remove it from Google, since it lives in resources you own.

You can disconnect AutoForm's access to your Google account at any time from Integrations → Google in your dashboard, or directly from Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will stop new submissions from being written to Sheets or Calendar until you reconnect.

We use the information described above to:

• Operate the Service, including processing form submissions and automation runs;
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
• Send transactional emails, such as submission notifications and account updates;
• Monitor, secure, and improve the reliability and performance of the Service;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Google, to the extent necessary to write to the Sheet and Calendar you connect;
• Whop, our payment processor, to handle subscription billing;
• Infrastructure and email delivery providers that host the Service and send transactional emails on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations; and
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and OAuth tokens instead of stored passwords — to protect information handled by the Service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and Google user data to a high standard.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@aautoform.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences, and limited analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service before they take effect.
